Warning Summary at issue time&lt;br /&gt;
Final Minor Flood Warning for Lachlan River at Cottons Weir.&lt;br /&gt;
Renewal Minor Flood Warning for Murrumbidgee River at Narrandera and Darlington&lt;br /&gt;
Point.&lt;br /&gt;
Minor To Moderate Flood Warning for Rural Areas Along the Murray River&lt;br /&gt;
Downstream Of Yarrawonga.&lt;br /&gt;
Minor Flood Warning for the Murray River Upstream Of Lake Hume.&lt;br /&gt;
Flood Watch for Minor Flooding Along the Severn and Macintyre Rivers and the&lt;br /&gt;
Gwydir River Valley.&lt;br /&gt;
Strong wind warning is current for Sydney Closed Waters.&lt;br /&gt;
Gale warning for New South Wales waters between Crowdy Head and Ulladulla.&lt;br /&gt;
Gale warning for New South Wales waters between Merimbula and Gabo Island.&lt;br /&gt;
Strong wind warning for New South Wales waters between Point Danger and Crowdy&lt;br /&gt;
Head.&lt;br /&gt;
Strong wind warning for New South Wales waters between Ulladulla and Merimbula.&lt;br /&gt;
Warning to sheep graziers for the Northern Tablelands, Southern Tablelands and&lt;br /&gt;
South West Slopes forecast districts.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Weather Situation&lt;br /&gt;
A cold front preceded by a rain band is moving across western and southeastern&lt;br /&gt;
New South Wales during today and through the northeast during Friday. Showers&lt;br /&gt;
will persist about the southeastern inland on Friday, with snow on the Alps,&lt;br /&gt;
then clear rapidly on Saturday, except for a possible lingering snow flurry&lt;br /&gt;
about the western slopes of the Alps. A high pressure ridge will develop behind&lt;br /&gt;
the trough on Saturday and showers will contract to the western slopes of the&lt;br /&gt;
southern ranges. Another cold front is expected to move through the state&lt;br /&gt;
during Monday and Tuesday bringing some rain, generally light, to most&lt;br /&gt;
districts.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Forecast for the rest of Thursday&lt;br /&gt;
Fine in the south west. Rain areas over the remainder with isolated&lt;br /&gt;
thunderstorms, extending to the far northeast. North to northwest winds.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Forecast for Friday&lt;br /&gt;
Fine in the north west. Rain in the northeast clearing. Isolated showers&lt;br /&gt;
elsewhere tending scattered about the western slopes of the southern ranges.&lt;br /&gt;
Snow on the Alps. Fresh northwest winds turning fresh to strong westerly.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Forecast for Saturday&lt;br /&gt;
Isolated light showers on western slopes of the far southern ranges clearing.&lt;br /&gt;
Fine remainder. Southwest to southerly winds.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Forecast for Sunday&lt;br /&gt;
Cloud increasing from the west, with some patchy rain developing over the&lt;br /&gt;
western inland during the afternoon or evening. West to northwest winds over&lt;br /&gt;
the inland. East to northeast winds along the coast.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Forecast for Monday&lt;br /&gt;
Patchy rain through much of the state, increasing to rain areas about the&lt;br /&gt;
southeastern inland. Increasing west to northwest winds.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 am EST Friday.&lt;br /&gt;
